Since 2014, ARSB has grown from a telecom contractor into a full-spectrum infrastructure partner — trusted on live highways, city streets and enterprise networks.

What documents do I need to register?
SSM certificate, TIN (for e-Invoice), and your company bank details are required. CIDB, SST and MOF registrations are optional but strengthen your application. Attach your company profile to the submission email if you have one.
How long until we hear back?
Our project office reviews submissions on a rolling basis. Shortlisted companies are usually contacted within 1–2 weeks, or sooner when a matching scope opens up.
Do you require CIDB registration?
Not for all scopes — but for civil and construction-related works, valid CIDB registration is required before mobilisation. Fiber-only scopes (splicing, blowing, testing) can often proceed without it.
How are payments made?
Progress claims are paid to your registered company bank account after work verification. That's why we collect your bank details and TIN upfront — it speeds up vendor onboarding and e-Invoice compliance.
